Art Director

Who are we looking for?

The Art Director thinks creatively and critically to determine the best way to represent concepts visually. They talk with clients to devise a complete visual branding approach to a project, as well as articulate this team’s work during client presentations. This position works with cross-functional teams to maintain brand cohesion across multiple client engagements and platforms.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Thrives on creating business impact through understanding and achieving client goals
  • Possesses high attention to detail, excellent time-management, organization, and communication skills
  • Desires to learn and continuously improve
  • Loves finding new, creative solutions through visual design
  • Partners cross-functionally in an effective, friendly, and collaborative manner
  • Possesses a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in brand development, digital advertising, and campaign development.
  • Skills in UI and motion design are desired

What will you do?

As an Art Director, you will:

  • Participate in brand discovery activities
  • Develop and extend visual identity systems
  • Generate creative concepts that support integrated marketing campaigns
  • Consult with and direct team members to ensure brand cohesion across engagements and channels for clients. Analyze and cross-check information to ensure all materials are complete, accurate, and fulfill the scope
  • Articulate how a design solution meets organizational needs, business goals, technical constraints, and other project facets
  • Consider technology requirements and designs a solution that complements the technical strategy and/or partners with the technology staff to overcome implementation obstacles
  • Work collaboratively with other project team members, and have a clear understanding of how a project team operates, their responsibilities, and team meeting expectations
  • Ensure that internal deadlines, timetables, and approval procedures are adhered to for assigned project phases
  • Incorporate client and/or team feedback as appropriate
  • Actively participate in team meetings to discuss assignment parameters

Cyberwoven is a full-service Web, Branding and Marketing firm. Our team of 40+ marketers, designers, and developers create user experiences that are unique, intuitive, and seamlessly connected with the marketing and operating strategies of our clients. This is a hybrid position, with a requirement of 50% in office time in Columbia, South Carolina.

Who are we looking for?

An experienced digital marketing professional with a positive attitude to join our growing team who:

What will you do?

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support in achieving our clients’ goals from strategy to tactical execution:

  • Design, develop and execute digital strategies with comprehensive outbound, inbound, content, and nurture components.
  • Work with internal teams to identify opportunities for client growth in the digital space.
  • Research and recommend best practices.
  • Be the thought leader and authority in critical aspects of digital marketing.
  • Develop and implement strategies that increase awareness and drive positive outcomes.
  • Analyze data for trends, anomalies and patterns, and make recommendations for improvements across client base.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards that explain social/digital/email activity and analyze the quantitative and qualitative outcomes of campaigns.
  • Perform proactive program optimizations to ensure delivery and optimize for maximum output.

The UI Designer specializes in creating visually engaging, innovative, and functional digital designs. As the UI Designer, you'll collaborate closely with the Art Director, developers, and client teams to create visually stunning, user-friendly, and highly functional web and mobile interfaces that are in line with the client's brand and business goals.
